Bunger Middle School // Perkins Pies

The Waterloo Perkins Restaurant and Bakery on Hammond Ave is partnering with Bunger Middle School to supply you with delicious pies just in time for Thanksgiving! (Bunger earns $2 per pie!)

1. Use this order form to reserve your pies.
2. Send your check to the school payable to Bunger PTO or use the online payment option
   (for an additional fee)
3. Pick up your own pie order at Hammond Ave Perkins on Wednesday, Nov 25 or Thursday, Nov 26.
   (Students do not deliver pies)

Orders and payment are due by November 20.

The student who sells the most pies will receive a $25 Perkins Gift Certificate.
